All sets are brand new and sold according to the manufacturer’s labeled preset sizing. I don’t alter or determine the individual nail sizes, and Medium sizing can vary between manufacturers/styles, which is why I provide measurements in my show notes for reference. I wish you had reached out to me directly, as I would have gladly offered a replacement, refund, or another solution.
