Arrived quickly. fast shipping. item was exactly as presented, brand new When your ad says BRAND NEW the customer shouldn't receive the item with built up dirt inside and hair in the bristles. This item should have been listed a used. I wish you would’ve sent me a private message in regards to this issue. I can still offer you a refund if it would regain your trust and support.. the Milwaukee air tip vacuum attachment was an open box but brand new item and can sometimes be bundled with other items like this.
