I love purchasing from coach!! I never ordered this. I bid against a gentleman that seem to be a friend of the seller for an Eagles jacket and won. Even the video shows me winning it. Instead I was sent the La Chargers Snapback. I thought it was the prize from winning the giveaway. I informed the seller instantly. He told me that I bid for it. The video shows otherwise. He apologized to me after watching the video. Told me to keep the Snapback as a gift and he would send me the jacket. It never came nor was it ever sent. I contacted him. I asked for the tracking number.He said he didn’t have and forgot the TN. I didn’t get nasty or disrespectful toward him. I don’t conduct business that way. I informed him that I have a relative that works at the post office who could track the order. He told me that I could request a refund knowing that it’s to late for that. I didn’t understand why his behavior towards me changed so suddenly. He just blocked me 😳I think that he sent it to his friend. He could’ve just told me that.Assuming gets us nowhere. However, the package was sent& just BC I didn't send you the TN doesn't mean that I "forgot it" or didnt send it out as claimed. As for sending a product that I paid for to a friend for no return 🤔, which is why we don't assume. Sorry package never arrived nor is the package updated on my side. I filed a claim with the post office still awaiting response. I watched the video numerous times and the jacket never ran at the time of bid. It was the combo. So I sent the jacket out of courtesy & apologize USPS is a joke but bad review when it's not my fault& accusations🤔 Always great pick ups! Thank u coach!
