In your copy paste answer to my claim says you should expect "minor imperfections" Now in your answer to my review it's "mayor imperfections: you are dishonest when you show a tiny imperfection during the 5 seconds on screen and then sent out a shoe that it's been worn for years and it's falling apart. Again that's called DISHONESTY.We respectfully disagree with your accusations of dishonesty. The item was sold as Returned/Used Condition, which means it may have significant wear, imperfections, or signs of prior use. Liquidation merchandise is not guaranteed to be new or like-new. I bought a "returned used condition" Tory burch. Disclosed as light wear and good condition l. Omg that wasn't a return. that was found in a garbage can. I don't understand the need to sell this with all the great item they have. this was dishonest. they refused a refund because "returned used condition " you get MINOR defects. well... peeled shoes, worn out to the point sole logos are blurry and more! truly trash.
