The sneakers I received were not in the condition that was advertised. The photos and video used in the listing showed a pair in much better shape, but what arrived were heavily worn and beat-up sneakers that do not match the advertised condition.
I purchased these shoes based on the images provided, and I feel misled by the significant difference between what was shown and what was delivered. This is not what I paid for.
I would like either a full refund or a replacement pair that matches the condition of the sneakers shown in the original photos/video. I hope the seller will make this right and resolve the issue promptly.
