When my items arrived One was greatly damaged, something that most likely occurred during transit. though unfortunate I don't blame them for that despite the thin, barely protective packaging. My main issue that my other item was incorrect and after getting in touch with them and being told I can receive my correct item and return the incorrect one. I have not been able to reach them since then there's a no sign of my item or shipping label something to return the incorrect one.
