Bewertungen (139)Not really happy with my purchase. When I received it, unpackaged it and began cleaning it bc it was dirty, the spout literally just fell off. Upon further inspection, it was full of glue and had clearly been broken and glued back on before, at some point. No call out was listed in the description and if I had known the issue would not have purchased the item. I messaged the seller over a week ago, and still no response.
I purchase a lot from this site and have been very happy with all purchases up until this one. Thank you! I am not sure if random plugs are supposed to match but I tried to be accurate with items that were broke. There was some problems on the USPS end and delayed being able to respond in timely manner regard a broken piece in this shipment. The seller has been very gracious and prompt in responding and her items are described accurately. New to whatnot, so was not sure what to expect, so I am not sure if USPS is the best choice for shipping other than the cost is probably better than other sources. However, I do believe using lightweight boxes with fragile items in them is not a good choice.I have had 2 shipments come in this type of box with so very beautiful items being broke. This is also a learning curb for me, as I plan on selling on whatnot if I get answers I am seeking about taxes (1099), Stripe, and Shipping. I know the boxes must be packed tightly and all items wrapped. I received a box from this seller with metal sticking out the bottom of the box... she goes out of her way to make your day! love, love, love! thanks!
