My card was shipped in a PWE (my choice as I didn’t buy more than a single card to upgrade my shipping) and the card was bent in transit (no fault of the seller, stupid USPS). I sent the seller a message just letting them know what happened. Instead of telling me that it wasn’t their fault and to deal with it (like I have been told in the past by other sellers) they told me that they would send another one of the same card PLUS a bonus card, this time in a bubble mailer with extra protection on THEIR DIME! They went above and beyond to fix a mistake that wasn’t theirs. It wasn’t even an expensive card! They for sure lost money from me, but still helped me out.
