I did contact whatnot support and they'll issue refund after you receive the wrong item you sent. it'll be mailed out on Monday as it is a bigger box. I won item 85, I got a box of storage bins, the labels were incorrect, it had item 84 and item 85. please watch video of the sale as this box of things were not even in that video as items being bid on at the time. I don't want to be banned as I've been a customer for 18 months and I like buying from you but this was a huge mess up. whatnot reached out to you as well and they didn't get a response so that is why they sent a return label.
