Received my item computer works, but can’t download a lot of things saying error or because device is too old I can’t answer certain things overall the item came came on time came package as well. The seller responded to any questions that I had in a timely manner and gave me the information I needed items. Do work good. recommend them a thousand percent anybody that's looking for any laptops or any devices they are your guy Shipping went extremely quick , item is in good condition from what I’ve seen so far , only thing is I was told it had a touch bar maybe I heard wrong but other then that the item and everything else was good Super FAST shipper. I would like return shipping info and a full refund!!! Also shipping was messed up. I purchased this (along with about (12) others, and the packed them all together, causing problems at USPS.
