Thank you for your purchase and sorry for the long wait!! Shipments with less than 5 orders typically go out in a plain white envelope unless one of the orders is over $20. I’ll include this in the show notes moving forward. Cards looked good but the packaging was rough. Cards were wrapped up in a piece of paper with no protection. I’m sorry you weren’t happy with the packaging! Envelope orders are shipped per industry standard in top loaders, each taped to one another and taped to a sheet of paper to ensure they don’t move around.
Bubble mailer orders are also shipped per industry standard inside two pieces of cardboard then taped to the bubble mailer to ensure they don’t move around. The free with purchase cards typically are not toploaded but are still taped to a toploaded card for protection.
