Sorry you had this experience. I can assure you the product was wrapped in very thick bubble wrap and perfectly safe when it got handed over to usps. Sometimes caps can come off during transit. Again sorry this happened. The makeup kit was so cute . USPS was rough and my make up was melted, however the seller quickly responded and assisted me in getting a refund and I’m pleased with the outcome. I will purchase again. Very fast shipping!
