Bewertungen (692)everything smells heavily of smoke, and when I put my review she responded said I keep changing my username and yes I do because me and my daughter like to change my name to different movie characters and she knows this because I told her in the messages. wow! also she said I'm harassing her we spoke twice because my orders came in two different shipments, I wish I could post our convo here but unfortunately I can't do that. everything's all good until you have a problem and then this is what happens.

I refunded you . this person keep s changing her profile name . this is a smoking household and it states that in my show notes . spent money with this seller on this order and in the past and everything arrived in this order smelling heavily of smoke. she refunded me less than half of what I spent and then when the jewelry box arrived that I ordered that smelled heavily of smoke also. I sent her a message saying that and that my husband was trying to clean it but I wouldn't buy from her again because of the smoke smell and she said thank you and blocked me. she was one of my favorite sellers but this was a deal breaker. she did tell me to send it back and she would give me a refund but I was already trying to clean the smell out and couldn't explain any further because she blocked me. I was trying to be nice but I guess when I told her I wouldn't buy from her anymore she got upset and blocked me. all I can tell people is read the show notes because she said it was in there and that's all good but you cannot get the smell of smoke out it's impossible so far after trying. tons of great pieces, thank you so much!
