Everything I received was exactly as described, I really don't get some of the negative reviews.. It is blatantly obvious these items are returns/lost packages, etc.. What on earth are people expecting when they're paying a tiny percentage of the retail price??? are they really expecting a brand new item for pennies? I had a 550 piece £60 lego set for a 5a, only 3 pieces missing!! Absolute steal. Everything else was great too. Cheers guys! Honest review - I received some great stuff and some equally not so great which was a shame, however the customer service was fast to respond and resolve. Items crushed into a box , soaking wet and packaging damaged Some of the items that i ordered were damaged from the sticker the seller put on them after i won the item.
