I contacted the seller who said ‘I am lucky I didn’t get something completely different’ and that it was clear that how they do things is that you have to check the notes section before purchasing as that shows what you are buying. My video receipt clearly shows the item I was wanting being shown and held on the screen and spoken about but I have apparently been sent the correct item which isn’t true. Such a shame as they do sell some really cool toys. Just be mindful when buying from them that you won’t necessarily receive what you have bid for you bid on a suprise set and won the eggy wawa learn at school you sent the eggy wawa learn at school please dont bid if.you do not understand what you are bidding on your receipt tells you what you won!!
