Almost like house insulation. It was everywhere. Everything got here alive tho and that’s what matters. I would ask for an alternative insulation if you have allergies.
This seller accused me of being a scammer. He is the scammer .. he lied about shipping my fish .. he told me to get off Whatnot .. he was turned in and hopefully he is banned he is a vial person stay clear Finally got my discus they got here a little banged up after being delayed because of usps but they all made it it’s been 24hrs since they’ve been in my tank and they’re all still alive if I could do 0 stars I would, snails came dead, dried up, 1 of them not even in its shell after I opened the small container and saw no water for these aquatic snails and just a dry piece of paper towel, smelled horrible. Travis leask thinks his company did no wrong other than the fact it took him 3 weeks and me messaging him for him to even send out my purchase , never again with leaskaquatics I assure you take your money elsewhere The fish were shipped as planned unfortunately my L333 did not make it alive. Seems odd everything else made it just fine in the same timeframe. Arrived alive and healthy even with the package being delayed no fault of the seller I will be back

After dealing with this seller for months I kept getting doa’s and they wouldn’t tell me what was actually going on with things. I was promised replacements on fish and I never received them. I was way beyond patient and kind with them. The stuff in the box every time I would open the box would get everywhere. Other than all that they have a great selection of fish I just wouldn’t order from them. Also $55 for 2 day shipping when everyone else is $25. Great seller I always have received happy healthy fish. The seller just tends to forget to add everything you ordered it has happened to me twice in a row. Been a couple weeks now and all the plants are doing great! All 6 hillstreams loaches arrived alive and hungry! Hungry is always a good sign. I’m so happy with these fishies! I LOVE hillies in general and these ones were super active straight out of the bags 🥰
Thanks for the wonderful fish! accurately depicted and arrived in good time. I ordered six blue velvet shrimp, but the seller sent an extra. Unfortunately, two of the shrimp were dead upon arrival. The seller promptly sent me a partial refund for the lost shrimp.
