But top straps are bright red and they look clean. Quick shipping. Lots of styles Was sent the incorrect size. I reached out to see if there was any chance they could fix it. I wasn’t requesting a refund just an exchange. I was even willing to pay shipping. I was told to submit a request through Whatnot which I promptly did. Whelp, after all the hoops and waiting was denied.
Hindsight-I started reading their reviews and guess what?! If you bid on a petite size, don’t hold your breath. Looks like they cut the tags and tell folks the incorrect size. Needless to say I’m bummed! I very rarely leave negative reviews because I understand things happen but I also don’t excuse when things happen on purpose. I love my new denim.
