Plants made it safely. Thanks for putting so much care in to your packing. Love my plants 🌱 I think that i missed most of the show. One shouldn't try to buy plants while at work. I ended up only getting one plant. It was packed perfectly. Arrived quickly, and alive and well. Thank you. Will be back for the next show. Plants had a rough journey. Packaging could use a little work, maybe some poly fill or plastic wrap. They arrived outside of their pots and soil was all over the box. Not sure if they’ll make it, but they weren’t expensive, so it’s worth the project for me. Show was good, decent pace with great variety. Seller kept show entertaining and had good prices for her inventory. Shipment arrived heavily damaged, no cushion (poly fill or the like) for leaves and dirt not well sealed. Out of 7 plants, 6 were uprooted, three of which sustained moderate to heavy damage, one of which was shredded to pieces from heavy shifting. Seller handles claims directly and I placed a claim for the three most damaged. They stated that they were a "bit disheveled" but "still alive." Only one of the three were likely to be rehabbed, one of them was in pieces. I sent plenty of pictures and expressed that the plants were in pieces and/or had heavy melt and all stems broken. She was very responsive but only offered half for all 3 plants. I accepted the arrangement as I already submitted full info and didn't want to fight.I'm saddened to leave my first negative review, but this seller does not appear to care about her quality nor her customers, so I won't be returning. /users%2F19019718%2Fstore%2Fe6d238b4-ac23-492b-868a-e12da01591be.jpeg)
