You're very welcome! So glad they arrived during the middle of the week to help you all kick off the weekend! Lol 💜 🫶🏾. Seller was very kind, shipping was fast, and one of the squishies (the sugar bear) was exactly as described and amazing quality. However, I specifically purchased the glacier squishy after asking if it was very crunchy, and when it arrived it felt more like regular foam with only a few flakes inside and wasn’t the texture I was expecting. It also had a strong chemical smell. Overall, great customer service, but I was disappointed with that particular item.Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your experience 💜! I reviewed your video receipt from this purchase. During the live, you can see where I stretched and squeezed the $4 mini glacier squish on camera to demonstrate & describe the squish. "Crunchy" was never a reference. When squish are individually wrapped from factory, I unfortunately can't control their scents while they are in the wrapper. I do take pride in providing excellent customer service. If you do decide to make purchases in the future from my shop, perhaps you can message me with concerns for resolution. /users%2F35432672%2Fstore%2F586617a3-6a2b-46a0-9503-2b5e2ea545fc.jpeg)
