Bewertungen (3.022)Unfortunately, this $647 order was lost in transit. I want to be clear that I do NOT blame the seller, as this appears to have been a USPS/delivery issue.
I was away on vacation when the package was marked delivered, and by the time I returned home and realized it was nowhere to be found, I contacted Whatnot. I was simply told that the window to submit a claim had already passed. USPS was no help either, so ultimately I took the full $647 loss.
For orders of this value, I strongly believe signature confirmation should either be required or clearly recommended. A package worth several hundred dollars should not simply be left without confirmation that the buyer actually received it.
Again, this is NOT against the seller. My disappointment is with the shipping process and the lack of protection when something goes wrong. I’m now out $647 with nothing to show for it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
