Nice seller just issues on every order up to this point. Honest review. This was tough. Seller sends giveys that even though I can get on the HiBib app I am uncomfortable using because shipping cost are not listed and how to use coupons is uncertain. I currently have $30 in free givey coupons just sitting.
On the other side of things, he did attempt to make it right on a misshipped item but I have not received it yet to make decision.
Has best of intentions I believe but needs to figure it all out before selling continues. Take some time and I think he will be fine. Thank you so much! Spent a couple hundred dollars on some orders only to never receive one of them and when I did reach out, the seller was super hostile & didn’t communicate that they had to re do a label. (Still haven’t received part of my order) then my order came today & I bid on a silver slabbed coin only to receive a completely different coin. Tried to give seller benefit of doubt and reached out prior to submitting a ticket to let him know what happened and also to let him know I hadn’t received my other order yet, and he lost it on me. Blamed it on his ministry’s helpers & Told me to move on, and he would refund me. I will not Be doing business with this shop again. Wish the seller had communicated better (and nicer) as I could have been even more understanding than I already have been. Great seller and great products!!
