Bewertungen (52)Cards were not protected. Had cards worth $5-$8 in package not even so much as penny sleeved. When I messaged the seller I got a canned “sorry that happened, we’ll try not to let it happen again”. So I messaged them again and received no more response. I escalated to a support ticket and only then did they decided they should contact me back. So they refunded me one dollar for $12+ dollars worth of damaged goods. This is why I usually stay away from these bigger “untouchable” whatnot sellers. They know whatnot will let them continue such practices. I am missing my 2023 Wax Box. When I reached out for a response I didn’t receive a response back. Package was missing the only card worth money 🤦♂️ never buying from this guy again
