I’m sorry for your inconvenience, however after checking the video receipt that whatnot provides to both sellers and buyers. You 100% received the correct items you ordered. As to the condition of the cards, the cards themselves are NM/M , the top loader if older is probably what’s scratched. Please make sure to change out your top loader and your sleeve. However your card shouldn’t have any scratches or be torn or damaged in anyway.
