1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then whisk until well combined.

5. Scoop and bake: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
