my user name means talk to me, my name is Billie Jean Smith, my childhood Nick name is BJ for those who don't have a dirty mind!!! I will be having my first closet hoard clean out very soon! I have had a CLOTHING ADDICTION! this has also been impacted by a life of loose weight ..gain weight. At the age of 58 I am down 50 pounds., I still have 10 more lbs to go. however, my main focus now, is enjoying where I am today! 5' 10 & 181 pounds. Goals of working out & tightening up & being right around 170 or so. I think that will be manageable for the remainder of my life. I eat simple & enjoy days of celebrations reasonably w/family & friends. I have learned that "it is okay not to be okay, & that every conversation about Mental Health matters.
