Bewertungen (65)packaged great. plant is beautiful and no mess at all. Will buy from here again I love the stickers on the box, the plants are gorgeous. Thank you so much! Beautiful, wrapped so well and even though it was held up by USPS, they came to me flawlessly!! I have purchased over 100 + plants over the past 2 yrs. When I see the words delayed via the USPS I cringe, knowing the plants will be either destroyed by the heat or mishandling . I highly recommend this seller. She preps the plants to withstand a volcano, in addition to a tsunami . Thank you for your outstanding work ! Too notch as always thank you beautiful plant and packaged with the upmost case so plant came in great condition!! Again, excellent packaging. My plant is absolutely stunning and I could not be happier. This was my second purchase and I will definitely purchase again! Oh my God, I love this seller. She tenderly loves all of her plants and they’re all very healthy. She has an amazing job being careful when packing the plants.
Excellent packaging! Plants are happy in their new home! Thank you so much! Great packaging and communication! The plant arrived in perfect condition The seller took the ultimate care with packing my order. She made an extreamly effective grow box, and used soft stuffing between the medium, and my 2 leaf cuttings. The corm was packed in its own container, with moss. A small potted plant was also individually wrapped. This was like definitely prepared my a plant mom, who genuinely loved her plant babies. Then the lame post office sent the dang box back and fourth, and up and down the dang counrty for 2 weeks. For no good reason. The box weighed and measured perfectly. When I opened the package this morning everything was alive, well!! Nothing in this box would have come close to serving, if she didn't put the utmost love and care into packing everything. Im blown away everything is alive, in perfect shape, and now even rooting. Absolutely thrilled. She Rocks Highly recommend. Plants arrived in great condition and quick Such a great seller. Jacob, you stated your plant was dead however when you sent the pictures it was evident that it was very much alive and well. Your plant was delayed in transit multiple days due to USPS. Regardless, it is normal for shipping stress to occur and discoloration or loss of a leaf is normal - as stated in the show notes. I refunded you the whole dollar you paid for the plant. I'm sorry you're plant lost a leaf but I did explain why this could happen and also gave you tips on how to care for the plant moving forward to ensure it continues to thrive & I hope it does just that. Great packaging and quick shipping ! /users%2F34023256%2Fstore%2F636c104d-92a7-436d-aa89-9c70d35fff8e.jpeg)
