You might not always see everything Alfie does, but you definitely notice the difference if you’re a true buyer. He’s always making sure things are cleared up if you have an issue and goes above and beyond to make everyone satisfied (as long as it’s reasonable… don’t expect a refund because you didn’t like the hit)
