Received on half my order. Communication needs to be a little better. I was told things would be checked into and it took forever to arrive. When received most of my order was missing. I made sure I took pictures and also made a small video. The shipping labels weren’t correct and I believe that’s where the mix up happened. However, I’m not into bashing. But a bit of advice would be to take your time and make sure things are labeled properly and follow through when you say you will check on it. We are all busy but good customer service makes a huge difference when there are issues. I hope this helps. All the sets did not have the full sets the earrings are missing 1 in most of the sets . Highly disappointed with this seller. I won an auction for a specific painting of a wolf. Immediately after paying, I messaged the seller to ensure the correct painting was sent. The seller completely ignored my message and sent a painting of trees instead. On top of receiving the completely wrong item, the shipping was heavily delayed because the seller provided the wrong dimensions to the USPS and didn't follow up. Terrible attention to detail and zero communication. Now I am stuck with a wrong item meant for an elderly friend. Avoid bidding here if you expect to get what you actually paid for. Ok package had no wrapping. The pop was damaged beyond selling so money lost. They don’t ship carful like they should. I will report to Wahtnot. Several pieces were broken but im still satisfied with the overall package❤️ Very happy with purchase. Packaging & shipping were good. Thank you Just as described. Great sellers.
