Highly disappointed with this seller. I won an auction for a specific painting of a wolf. Immediately after paying, I messaged the seller to ensure the correct painting was sent. The seller completely ignored my message and sent a painting of trees instead. On top of receiving the completely wrong item, the shipping was heavily delayed because the seller provided the wrong dimensions to the USPS and didn't follow up. Terrible attention to detail and zero communication. Now I am stuck with a wrong item meant for an elderly friend. Avoid bidding here if you expect to get what you actually paid for. Ok package had no wrapping. The pop was damaged beyond selling so money lost. They don’t ship carful like they should. I will report to Wahtnot.
