The lock set that I received was severely damaged and missing major parts including keys. The seller has made a concession on this item. I appreciate your attention and consideration. I would appreciate more information at the time of sale. Opening the box so that I could see that the item is damaged and missing parts would have been appreciated. I don't like wasting your/ my time. The claim has been made that you are "wholesalers". I have made purchases from wholesales before. In that situation, I am buying entire pallets of merchandise in "unknown" condition. The amount that I bid is therefore much less, as I expect to have a few dud items in the mix. When I am buying a single item from you, you are no longer a wholesaler! You are retailing defective and/or return merchandise. Other sites display the offering. I don't have a Craftsman string trimmer. Therefore, the functionality of the item is questionable. although I appreciate the intent of the giveaway, I'm not sure if I will find a use for this or not. The paint is chipped in a few places and there are scratches all over both sides of the lock.I don't remember them saying the packaging would be crap, already open and used too. Assumed the tool was fully functional because wasn’t told otherwise…. Never said it was it was broken during the sale iv watched the video receipt a couple times to make sure… learn to open items and State whether they are broken or functional…. And maybe stop throwing items people purchase have a little respect for your customers ordered 10 ratchets recieved 9,last order i did they sent a different knife than I bought ..i tried to reach out to customer service with pics but got no response It came broken.
