This is the worst that it’s ever been from voltage overstock since they changed the way they do things and I’ve bought a lot of merchandise from them in the past, and this is the worst it’s ever been. A lot of this merchandise were for presents for people that came out of town and now I have to ship it to them. I am still waiting for my second order that I ordered on the same day. I just now received the shipment. I paid for it on the 10th today is the 21st. But the dress is absolutely gorgeous. I ordered a double pack of the two big bottles, White . But got 3pk of little plastic black bottles.. not even nice like the first set.. It's like they just thru what ever in my bag..Never again.. Very disappointed with the smart cooling fan. It can not be used was told to plug it in and it can be hung or put on a table. It can not be used it needs an adapter for the outlet and on further examination it needs a 220 outlet!! This item was a major waste of money if it would have been described properly I would not have bought it. Great purchase! The item arrived as described, was well packaged, and met my expectations.
