Really happy that my 2 booster boxes weren't crushed in a Bubble mailer after I've asked them numerous times to put my $80.00+ orders in a box for shipping . I've had 7 Booster boxes crushed because of bubble mailers! I received my 7 Crushed Booster box from Vortex after I have asked them numerous times to please put my Booster Boxes in a box so they don't get Damaged in the maling process, no accountability or responsibility on their Shipping dept! Sometimes they add cardboard on two sides within the bubble mailer and sometimes they don’t. If you order a lot of items that won’t fit in a bubble mailer, they will use a box. Just know that their packaging team isn’t great, so be wary of ordering. First purchase, delivery was faster than expected.
