While Whatnot made thesituation right, the seller shipped a damaged product and was not interested in making it right. I bought a three bearbrick display case that had a razor blade cut through the center of the case. While the case was new with film, the film was cleanly cut through. I always try to give the bennifit of the doubt to the seller, but in this case the seller advised me to tell Whatnot that the product was damaged during shipping. I stated to the seller that the box was undamaged and the product was wrapped. I stated that the item must have been damaged prior to shipping. This seller has lost my business.
