Pallet was good only issue was missing units reached out to them to reimburse me for my missing units that I was supposedly guaranteed 900 “False Advertising” they were only willing to give a coupon that can only be used in their show not others.
Would have been good if it could be used on other whatnot sellers or just reimbursed me with actual cash like I bought your pallet with cash not coupons. I did not expect it to take 14+ days for the pallet to arrive. The product arrived safely, and the variety of sizes is excellent! Some items are less desirable but for the price, the good outweighs the bad. I would buy from again. Thanks! Pallets arrived packed perfectly, sealed, unopened! Very impressed! Pallets had a great variety of styles and sizes, whoever did these pallets, give them a raise! Great mix of sizes and styles! i'm giving a 4.5 rating. Communicating on where my pallet was at and tracking good 10/10. my pallet was 7/10 for product, but i knew when bidding, that they were just showing the top to help speed up selling pallets. i got a super great deal in my pallet, ill make money back plus some extra. My 4.5 star rating was the shipping. i didnt know it was DOT week and that put shipping back on a delay, with putting it back put it into the holiday and delayed further. they didnt disclose shipping would be delayed. that was frustrating. i would buy from again, but encourage to announce shipping issues before auctioning off pallets. Good item/deal. Only issue was with shipping— must have gotten lost in the mail because it took 1 month to arrive. This was a qty of 2 but I only received 1. Great experience overall. Product brand new as advertised and great price. Had to return the electronic box the stuff was used not just open box. Half the stuff had no chargers.
