Pallet was good only issue was missing units reached out to them to reimburse me for my missing units that I was supposedly guaranteed 900 “False Advertising” they were only willing to give a coupon that can only be used in their show not others.
Would have been good if it could be used on other whatnot sellers or just reimbursed me with actual cash like I bought your pallet with cash not coupons. We offered you a coupon, you accepted, then we sent the coupon. Now you left a 2 star review. Doesn’t make much sense. There was no false advertising. You were 25 units shorts - there is such a thing as human error, and we made it right. We messaged you directly but you didn’t respond. Why give a seller a 2 star review that has been communicating every step of the way? Unfortunately, we cannot control how trucking companies handle, schedule, or complete deliveries. We have documented your concerns and flagged this internally for future reference when reviewing carrier performance and logistics partners. It took 17 days to get my items from 1 state over and I had to file a caae. then the shipping company left the 2 pallets i purchased in my parking lot after business hours and it rained on them overnight before we realized they left them. definitely would not buy anything else from this seller. Pallets arrived packed perfectly, sealed, unopened! Very impressed! Pallets had a great variety of styles and sizes, whoever did these pallets, give them a raise! Great mix of sizes and styles! Not 300 of one item same size!!! Thank you!! Definitely will buy again!
