Seller took forever to ship out and when asked about it she lied and said it was shipped the day after and then later that day i got notification that it was finally dropped off at the post office. Just be honest…life happens and things get delayed just didn’t like being lied to. Also 2 of the items in my order were the wrong color. I’m sorry you feel that way. I never intentionally misled you about your shipment. Carrier scans and tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, which is unfortunately outside of my control. As for the item colors, I wish you had reached out before leaving a review so I could have looked into it and worked toward a resolution. I always do my best to help when buyers contact me directly. The box came smashedI’m so sorry your item arrived damaged. Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, I’m no longer able to control how it’s handled during transit.
