I really love your items if you can step up your packaging for these fragile items - I would be willing to pay a small up charge to insure safe shipping. I’m truly sorry, and I completely understand how disappointing this must have been. This is the first time I’ve had items arrive damaged, and I put a lot of care into my packaging. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to protect these pieces during transit.
I appreciate you sending the photos and explaining what happened. I’ll be adding even more protection for heavier and especially fragile pieces, including double-boxing them when appropriate.
