The miniature 70s TV set on a swivel stand with a horse jumping show on the screen is the best thing I have seen in ages! And the seller kindly repaired a fantastic red metal miniature telephone before she shipped it. I wanted everything! Thank you for your keen eye and your generosity, and I look forward to your shows! TYSM for the amazing tins! Beautiful in great condition these survived in their shipping box surprisingly while others did not. I really love your items if you can step up your packaging for these fragile items - I would be willing to pay a small up charge to insure safe shipping. I’m truly sorry, and I completely understand how disappointing this must have been. This is the first time I’ve had items arrive damaged, and I put a lot of care into my packaging. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to protect these pieces during transit.
I appreciate you sending the photos and explaining what happened. I’ll be adding even more protection for heavier and especially fragile pieces, including double-boxing them when appropriate.
