Our bubble mailers are fortified with bubble wrap ensuring that all cards arrive safely to their destination. I never received the package.. not sure how I can rate it. Card marked as delivered to the buyer on my end, marked as shipped and received. If the card was never received then it must have been some issue with USPS, please reach out and we can try to make things right fast shipping and professional service smooth transaction will buy from again Took almost two weeks to get my package. Packing was okay and card was fine, just took forever to get here. Video receipt's need to say who won what product was being auctioned.So sorry to hear that. I apologize deeply for the inconvenience. The slab was cracked in shipping which is a shame and something I deeply regret but unfortunately something I also have no control over. Buyer received a full refund and I responded within the first 2 hours of the complaint. Cardvard takes complaints very seriously and will do whatever it takes to make things right.
