Thank you for the review! Sorry to hear about your shipping. Please know that we did everything on our end ahead of schedule, including the USPS drop off. After we drop the item off to the post office, we have no control over the delivery, or delays the USPS incurs along the way. Just know that it wasn’t us that failed. We appreciate you, and your support of our small business and just wanted you to know the delay was not ours.

We are glad the items were as expected, and sorry they got “delayed in transit”. We would like to clarify that we shipped out ahead of our timeline, but we cannot control what goes on with the USPS and their delays.
