I won a slab in a Whatnot giveaway and never received it. Instead, the seller sent me a cheap random card that wasn’t even close to the prize that was advertised.
I reached out to the seller immediately. He asked me to send a picture of the card, which I did right away. After that, he completely stopped responding. No explanation, no replacement, no effort to fix the issue.
Making a mistake is one thing, but ignoring a customer after being notified is another. The lack of communication and accountability is disappointing and unprofessional.
