This blue XOXO bag was new in the packaging as described. The pink XOXO bag was not wrapped and was just being thrown around in the box and the Ed Hardy bag was not in the box at all. The seller did not respond within 48 hours so it was escalated to Whatnot support I would rather have had the bags I purchased, but a refund was issued by Whatnot instead.
