Of course it came broke and unusable. straight to the trash. I reached out to them and all they basically said was "Oh, sorry. packaging team should have added packaging to it." Yeah, no sh¡t. I was happy with the Loume backpack and the small xoxo bag.

Thank you Well the box was damaged when I received my package and the post office didn't inform me of that right away but they received it damaged the person side was absolutely gorgeous it was exactly what I was expecting exactly as it was advertised and I'm pretty sure it was just the person transporting that damage the box so badly but because of the wonderful rapping and protective filler for the Box my bag was not damaged it was absolutely gorgeous I love it thank you so very much affordable for someone like me I love this wallet.
