We have a team who look at items to make sure they are correct. Could you please share an image and we can offer refund for your order. We take this matter very seriously as we dont want any fakes to be sent from our side and we try our best to verify products beforehand. The 40V pressure is in excellent condition but it is missing the connector for the hose to the handle. I'm still giving it a five star because of its condition.
