Reviews (745)This is my first negative review since joining Whatnot, and I don’t leave it lightly. I’ve purchased a tremendous amount of cards on this platform over the years and have never felt the need to leave a review like this until now.
I purchased a card from this seller that arrived with blue Sharpie markings all down the back of it, significantly affecting its condition and value. When I reached out to request a return, the seller flat-out refused to accept it.
I understand mistakes happen, but how you handle those mistakes says everything about your business. Refusing to stand behind a product that arrives in this condition is completely unacceptable.
Buyers beware. I’ve supported countless sellers on this platform, and this is easily one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had.
