All of my items were exactly as described. Shipping was fast and items were packaged extremely well!! The packaging was unacceptable — the platter was wrapped in just one sheet of paper and a single layer of bubble wrap with tape, and there was no protective support inside the box to keep the ceramic pieces from shifting or breaking.This was a clear packing failure, not a shipping issue. The items were ruined and unusable on arrival. Waste of money and very disappointing. Porch pick up was easy. The seller always has the best stuff. Not everything gets noticed with the naked eye. If you got a magnifying glass out to knit-pick something you got a good deal on…No words are necessary. Packed well, arrived quick and is an awesome decanter bottle!!! My order arrived with everything intact and packed well. It only took three days to arrive. I’m very happy with all of my items.
