It is very simple to follow whatnots tos (which exists to comply w federal sweepstake law) as they show you several times and make it so easy to understand that a child could understand it. Regardless of intent or ignorance this seller is a scammer who will ignore federal law for a very small prize. To each their own. I always enjoy your shows.
