Reviews (431)shipping was quick and all items purchased were great except the cherries i received. they were basically deflated when i got them out of the box i received them in. im not sure if something happened during transit to me but when i contacted the seller informing of the issue, she accused me of lying saying the cherries I sent a picture of weren’t the ones she sent me which is absolutely false and unprofessional on her end. i was polite and just wanted the issue resolved but instead she accused me of sending pictures of items that she “didn’t send me”. had the seller of been more professional, i would’ve been a returning customer but accusing someone of lying is insane. ive spend over $3000 on this app, and have never requested any type of review or refund because ive never had issues but of course the one time i have an issue its with a seller who lacks professionalism. hopefully you all have a better experience and the seller learns from this. The package arrived damaged, and I actually cut my finger on the hard plastic case the cupcake was packaged in. Unfortunately, the item I received was not in the same condition as the one the seller showed me. The seller showed a dumpling squishy in perfect condition, but that is not what I received.
