However, after her messaging me as to why I requested a refund, I tried to explain what was wrong but she had already blocked me before hearing me out. you are correct after 24 hours of no response and offering you a free item. Although the mist still managed to spill a bit I appreciate the efforts in the packaging that helped prevent further leakingI'm so sorry you experienced that!, if you purchase again from me I'll add a free item in your order for the inconvenience I'm so sorry that happened!
