However, after her messaging me as to why I requested a refund, I tried to explain what was wrong but she had already blocked me before hearing me out. Although the mist still managed to spill a bit I appreciate the efforts in the packaging that helped prevent further leaking My package was wrapped like a present and it made me feel so special. Everything I've received is as described and perfect. The eyeshadow pallet was wrapped so well and with care. I love the colors they are beautiful. The giveaway was great too!
